Actress Jane Seymour is selling her English country house after a long-running feud with local residents over raucous parties held at her home. The star was embroiled in a legal battle with her neighbors in Bath, England, over her $20 million mansion's 24-hour entertainment license, which residents wanted amended or completely revoked.
Despite winning a victory in court over her neighbors last month, Seymour has sold St Catherine's Court for an undisclosed sum. Hein van Vorstenbosch, the property's estate manager, says, "We can't really comment on the details, but I can confirm that the property was recently sold."
Earlier this year, Seymour branded her neighbors'' accusations "a storm in a teacup", and maintains the last party held at her home was in 2004.
The actress is currently living in Malibu, California, but had been renting the British property for $28,000 -a-week to wealthy guests including pop star Robbie Williams and rock band Radiohead.
