A judge has warned actress Vivica A. Fox to get herself booked at a police station by December 11 or a warrant will be issued for her arrest. The star was arrested in March after she was allegedly caught driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) on a Los Angeles freeway.

According to police, the 43-year-old was traveling at around 80 miles per hour in a 65 mile per hour zone. Fox, who denies two misdemeanor charges of drink-driving, didn't attend her DUI hearing in Los Angeles on Monday - but a judge told her lawyer to make sure the actress has her fingerprints and mugshot taken before December 11.

Should Fox not comply, then a bench warrant will be issued for her arrest, reports TMZ.com.
