Scott Weiland Denies DUI
The Velvet Revolver frontman refused a blood or urine test and was charged with DUI. He was released on bail and is due to appear in court on December 13.
But the 40-year-old former heroin addict's publicist has now released a statement claiming Weiland was only involved in a "minor accident."
He adds, "Scott was not driving under the influence of a drug, legal or illegal. He voluntarily took a breathalyzer test which the defence believes registers well within the legal limit. He is anxious to get to court... and clear this matter up."
