Lindsay Lohan has topped a new list of dumb celebrities. New York's Daily News has judged stars based on their IQs, poor fashion choices and bad judgment.

Lohan, who spent time in rehab and jail this year, was dishonored with the top spot for her "poor movie choices, delinquent behavior and bad taste in men."

The actress/singer beat The Hills star Spencer Pratt, Britney Spears, socialite Kim Kardashian and Transformers star Shia LaBeouf.
