The third Mummy
film will debut in Beijing, China next summer as a thank you to all the locals who made the cast and crew feel at home during shooting. The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor
will hit screens in China on July 24 - a week before the film is released in America.
Director Rob Cohen admits his decision to debut the film, which is largely shot in China, overseas was made easy by the fact that more than 2,000 of the film's 2,200 crew were Chinese.
