Foxy BrownRapper Foxy Brown has been released from solitary confinement for good behavior. The MC - who is currently serving a one-year prison sentence at New York's Rikers Island jail - was ordered to serve 76 days in 'punitary segregation' for refusing to provide a urine sample.

However she was freed from the unit after just 40 days for being compliant and cooperative, according to TMZ.com. Brown - real name Inga Marchand - was sentenced to a year behind bars after a judge ruled in September she had violated the terms of her probation from a separate case in Manhattan.
