Rapper The Game will have $40,000 returned to him after police seized the cash in relation to firearms charges over an incident at a Los Angeles basketball game earlier this year.
The Dreams star - real name Jayceon Taylor - is accused of allegedly hitting a basketball player on the opposing team before threatening to shoot him during a game at the Rita Walters Educational Complex on February 24.
In September, Taylor pleaded not guilty to felony charges of possession of a firearm in a school zone, making criminal threats and exhibiting the gun in the presence of a police officer.
And although The Game is facing up to five years behind bars if convicted, he received a small victory on Wednesday - a judge ruled he was entitled to take back the $40,000 taken by authorities from his Glendale, California home in May this year.
