Victoria Beckham has been ordered to eat five meals a day in a bid to pile on the pounds ahead of the Spice Girls world tour. The singer, 33, has been put on a spinach-rich diet to increase her energy and stamina ahead of the band's comeback tour which kicks off in Vancouver, Canada on December 2nd.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "She isn't too happy about the plan but understands that it's necessary if she's to stay healthy and not burn out over the coming months."
