Supermodel Naomi Campbell has become the latest celebrity to meet Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez - but she refused to talk politics with the controversial leader. Following in the footsteps of Hollywood actors Kevin Spacey, Sean Penn and Danny Glover, the British catwalk star visited Chavez at his presidential palace in Caracas on Tuesday, but revealed little about what she planned to discuss with the statesman.

Speaking before she entered the palace, she said: "I've been here before actually. (Venezuela is) a beautiful country, very tropical. You've got great waterfalls."

However she refrained from going into detail about her meeting, simply adding, "I'm not going to be political. Thank you very much."
