Heather Mills' Fireworks Blamed For Neighbor's Dog Death
Rowbury says, "I am distraught (pet dog) Glow died. It was a huge display - the size of a town's bonfire celebrations. Everyone else lets people know if they are planning fireworks, so they can move their animals or give sedatives. She calls herself an animal lover, but she showed no respect for the animals round here. It just seems too much of a coincidence to me. Heather's lack of consideration has made me - and other people - very angry."
Canine Glow died from a bloated gut - which can be the result of stress - on Sunday, just hours after Mills' party. But a pal claims Mills never intended to cause any harm, and would be devastated if the fireworks contributed to the dog's passing.
A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "Heather and her sister Fiona both had their dogs at the display and neither was affected. If this dog has died Heather will be absolutely devastated. She is a great animal lover. She'd want to apologize to this lady if the fireworks caused her animals any distress."
Mills is an active campaigner for animal rights for charities like Viva! and the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
