Paris Hilton is set to shock fans by appearing as a black leather-clad, brunette dominatrix in the first trailer released online to promote her new film Repo! The Genetic Opera!

The socialite, who plays the daughter of a ruthless crime boss in the movie musical, is almost unrecognizable in the teaser for the film.

Hilton also sings in the trailer, which features co-stars Sarah Brightman, Anthony Head and Paul Sorvino as well.
