Supermodel Naomi Campbell has been accused of yet another public outburst - ranting at airport staff after missing a flight to New York. The catwalk queen, known for her fiery temper, allegedly turned up 11 minutes before take-off from London Heathrow on Thursday, and demanded to be allowed on board the scheduled transatlantic flight.

However when British Airways officials offered to let her travel without her luggage and send her bags on a later plane Campbell, 37, allegedly stamped her feet, blasted the airline for losing people's luggage, and demanded to talk to someone more senior.

A source tells British newspaper the Daily Mirror, "When BA staff explained she was too late she exploded and stamped her foot. There was a tirade of abuse."

A spokesman for the star confirmed she did, eventually, make it to JFK airport on the same day - but denied any knowledge of the outburst.
