Former supermodel Janice Dickinson has gone under the knife once more, according to reports. The reality TV regular, 52, has made no effort to hide her love of plastic surgery and has undergone numerous operations, including a face lift and a boob job, to preserve her youthful looks.

According to Us Weekly, Dickinson underwent a tummy tuck and a "mini neck lift" on Monday at celebrity surgeon Dr Frank Ryan's Beverly Hills treatment center in California.

A source tells the publication that while "Janice knows people will think she didn't need a tummy tuck, (she's been) complaining about a lot of extra skin" around her stomach area. And the self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel" only decided on the neck lift as an after thought, because "she might as well since she was going under".

Dickinson is said to be resting at the Serenity after-care center in Santa Monica.
