Demi Moore has laughed off claims she has spent $3 million on cosmetic surgery to improve her looks. The 44-year-old has been accused of undergoing multiple procedures to retain her youthful body.

But Moore insists she has never had liposuction or a facelift.

She says, "I was in getting a facial recently and there were reports that I had been in there for countless hours, saying I'd had surgical procedures. Am I going to sue? Do I really care?"
