Farrah Fawcett is turning her latest cancer battle into a TV reality series. The star is currently undergoing pioneering treatment in Germany in a bid to beat anal cancer, and she has hooked up with Craig Nevius, the man behind her savaged "Chasing Farrah" TV series, to capture her fight on film.

Segments of the movie will be shot by Fawcett's pals Cher and Alana Stewart, who recently accompanied the actress to Germany for her most recent tests and treatments, including controversial stem-cell technology, which is banned in America.

A source tells the National Enquirer, "It (film) won't all be sadness. Above all it will show guts and determination. You'll see a fighter."
