Boxer Oscar De La Hoya
has spoken for the first time about his gender-bending scandal, insisting the photos showing him wearing a fishnet bodysuit, wig and high-heels are "fake."
Dancer Milana Dravnel appeared on TV shows in America last week claiming she had taken the pictures of the fighter. But De La Roya is adamant he didn't pose in the raunchy gear, and has apologized to his wife Millie Corretjer, who is eight months pregnant.
He tells The Insider, "It's painful to my wife who's expecting and it's painful to my family. For that, I'm very, very sorry. (Yes) it's me in that photograph. But these are fake, these are photo-shopped, whatever they do with them. It's painful to see them because my family's going through a hard time."
