Scottish actor James McAvoy is refusing to bow to Hollywood pressure to have his teeth fixed and whitened. The Last King Of Scotland star hates the over-preened celebrity look, and insists his normal features wins him more acting work.

He tells Esquire magazine, "Am I going to get my teeth fixed? Am I f**k! Only when they all fall out. I'm not devastatingly handsome, and I'm not devastatingly ugly, so I can play either."
