Former Fleetwood Mac singer Stevie Nicks "sold her soul" to find success as a rock star - and concedes she missed out on a family as a result. Nicks has no regrets in achieving her musical dreams at the cost of remaining unmarried and childless.

She says, "I pretty much sold my soul to the devil a long time ago. I chose not to have children."

And Nicks claims music has taken the place of a man - but she doesn't rule out the possibility of meeting someone special.

She says, "I am involved in a love affair all of the time with my music. If the right man walked into my life today and said, 'Will you go out to dinner with me tonight?' and I felt that thing, I would absolutely do it."
