R&B beauty Rihanna has laughed off reports she is dating Hollywood star Shia Labeouf. The Umbrella hit maker, 19, was photographed dining with the Transformer actor, 21, at a Beverly Hills, California eatery on Tuesday, prompting speculation the pair were dating.

Rihanna says, "Me and Shia, we are just friends, you know, we barely even know each other." The Barbados-born singer has also denied she is dating former B2K star Omarion, declaring, "Not at all."
