Michael Lohan is furious his daughter Lindsay Lohan has been released from rehab, insisting she needs more time in recovery.

The I Know Who Killed Me star checked into rehab in Utah earlier this month after being caught driving under the influence (DUI) - for the second time in two months - and possession of cocaine.

But it is believed the actress has been released after photographs of her with friends surfaced in the media - and her father Michael is furious.

He tells Extra, "Does Betty Ford let its people out? Absolutely not! I'm upset about this. They should never let any patient out."
