Hip-hop veteran Ice Cube has been lined up to produce and star in a movie adaptation of graphic novel 10. The rapper-turned-director - real name O'Shea Jackson - is in talks to produce the film under his own production company CubeVision.

It is believed Jackson will begin the project after completing his big screen adaptation of Welcome Back, Kotter. Gustin Nash and Jesse Cale are writing the screenplay, but a director has yet to be assigned.
