MudhoneyMudhoney frontman Mark Arm is horrified by the idea his music has changed people's lives because the band's 'slacker' image may have encouraged fans to ditch ambitious career plans.

The rocker worries that Mudhoney albums have influenced followers' lifestyles in a negative way.

He says, "(It's) a horrifying thought. I would hope it's for the better, but you never know - 'After listening to you guys, I thought I'd quit my job and smoke a lot of pot and drink a lot.' Great. I'm sorry."
