Carson DalyNBC will keep its top-rated late night team in place with the completion of a new two-year deal for Carson Daly, the host of "Last Call" and executive producer David Friedman.

Recently celebrating its five-year anniversary, "Last Call with Carson Daly" has become a proven commodity in NBC's successful late night lineup.

According to Rick Ludwin, Executive Vice President, Late Night & Primetime Series, "Carson Daly and David Friedman have reinvented "Last Call" by adding comedy elements, a pace and an energy that have made the show a winner. We're thrilled that they're going to continue to be part of our #1 late night lineup."

"Celebrating five years as a part of this incredible late-night lineup is a dream come true. Now I have more time to goof off late at night on NBC, and I can't help but think I am one lucky dude," stated Carson Daly.
