Gwen Stefani confesses she is obsessed with her looks and staying fit because she was a fat child. The singer regained her svelte figure soon after giving birth to baby Kingston in May 2006, and admits maintaining her looks is a full time job.

Stefani says, "I'm super neurotic about diet and I'm super vain. I was chubby when I was a little girl and I have those issues everyone else has."
