Michael BayTransformers director Michael Bay credits George Lucas with inspiring his career as a Hollywood film maker - after working for the Star Wars mogul as a young intern. Bay was a teenager when he was given the chance to spend time at Lucas' company LucasFilm, which was creating Indiana Jones film Raiders of the Lost Ark at the time.

He says, "I told all my buddies, the movie Steven Spielberg is doing is going to suck. Then I went to (Hollywood Boulevard's) Grauman's Chinese Theater five months later and, seriously, that's what drew me into, 'I want to do this.'"
