Lisa RinnaLisa Rinna is not stranger to trout pout - in fact, some might even call her the poster girl for pillowy puckers! But the actress and mom of two, 44, who’s currently starring on Broadway in Chicago with hubby Harry Hamlin, looks like she’s gone too far this time around, according to Star magazine.

“She looks like a fish now- or like a duck,” says New York-based plastic surgeon Stephen Greenberg, MD.. He thinks Rinna has just plumped up her pucker with the injectable filler Restylane. “Her lips look a little swollen, but swelling should only last about 24 to 48 hours.” Dr. Greenberg tells Star.

Lisa RinnaAnother possible cause for her overblown lips? Scar tissue formed in reaction to silicone injections, says NYC-based plastic surgeon Andrew Klapper, MD., who notes that this controversial tissue filling can leave permanent deformities. “Silicone injections promise permanent results but in some cases can mean permanent deformity,” warns Dr. Klapper. The fix? Surgical excision to reduce scar tissue or an injectable filler such as Restylane or collagen to reshape the lips.

She’s best known for her roles in the Scary Movie series but now, with her new, fuller lips, Anna Faris, 30, is looking a little bit scary herself!

“It definitely looks like Anna has gotten her lips tweaked,” New York City-based plastic surgeon Michelle Copeland, M.D. tells Star. She thinks the actress has likely had an injectable hyaluronic acid filler such as Restylane or Juvaderm injected into both her upper and lower lips. “The hyaluronic acid fillers give an almost immediate improvement with virtually no downtime,” says Dr. Copeland.

Anna FarisBecause Anna’s lower lip is now quite full, Dr. Copeland thinks she’s probably had several syringes injected in the area. Results last from four to nine months and cost about $750 to $950 per syringe. If the actress wanted a more permanent result, Dr. Copeland says she could inject fat harvested from other areas of the body and put into her lips, though swelling can last for a few days and the cost can run as high as $3,000 to $4,000.
