star Big Boi
is teaming up with golfer Calvin Peete to host a charity sporting event for American's disadvantaged youngsters. The rapper - real name Antwan André Patton - will host a golf tournament in Atlanta, Georgia, as part of the Big Boi's Big Kidz Foundation on Tuesday.
Patton says, "Outkast as a duo has been blessed with a provocative influence on the industry. What we have is innate, and I want to bring it out of the kids I affect. There are a lot of us (celebrities) creating change as a whole. I want to be more specific in my efforts. I want to leave lasting impressions on these kids."
