Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber gave up tickets to a Los Angeles Galaxy soccer match to celebrate the upcoming birth of their first child. They were joined by actresses Kate Hudson and Carla Gugino for a baby shower at their Los Angeles home on Saturday.

The couple initially planned to watch soccer star David Beckham make his LA Galaxy debut against English club Chelsea, but opted to host the intimate gathering ahead of the baby's arrival next month.
