Victoria Beckham carefully screened applicants for the position of her new personal assistant - to make sure they weren't prettier or thinner than she is.

The star's marriage to soccer ace David was rocked in 2004 after allegations he had an affair with his pretty P.A. Rebecca Loos, and Victoria is desperate not to be dogged by similar rumors with her new female assistant.

In footage taken from her upcoming reality show charting the family's move to Los Angeles, Victoria demands of her successful candidate Rene, "Do you find (my husband) attractive?"

She adds, "I am looking for someone professional. She can't be too good looking, she can't be too thin. It has to be all about me."

"Victoria Beckham: Coming To America" airs in both the U.S. and U.K. this week.
