Blur star Alex James is disgusted by veteran rockers like Mick Jagger, who still party as hard as a twentysomething. The Blur bassist is happy he quit living the life of a rock star and prefers the peace and quiet of his farm in Oxfordshire, England.

He says, "You can only be a rock star really when you're young. It's sort of grotesque when you think of Mick Jagger still doing what he does - there's something slightly wrong. But on the other hand, it's such a hard thing to let go."
