Jack Black Finds Voiceover Work 'A Sweet Gig'
Jack Black had no hesitation in accepting an offer to lend his voice to upcoming animated movie Kung Fu Panda, because he enjoys the easy life of a voiceover artist. The 37-year-old, who has previously lent his talents to cartoon films Ice Age and Shark Tale, loves not having to go into make-up each morning.
He says, "It's such a sweet gig. There's no hair and make-up. You just roll out of bed. I'd say, 'You guys cool starting at the crack of noon?' I'd show up with a little KooKooRoo rotisserie chicken with the creamed spinach. I'd ease into it, do five hours and call it a day."
