The brother of rapper Sticky Fingaz, X1, died in the early hours of Friday in Las Vegas. He was 28. Nevada officials are yet to announce a cause of death, but sources tell music website AllHipHop.com the rapper committed suicide.

The Queens, New York, native recorded with his brother's Onyx group and featured on their 1998 album Shut 'Em Down. X1 also teamed up with 50 Cent in the 1990s to record the duet React.
