Rolling Stones rocker Bill Wyman is fuming over the incoming smoking ban in the U.K. - and is adamant he will flout the new laws. The ban on lighting up in public places comes into effect on July 1st but the star insists he will continue to smoke in British bars and clubs.

He says, "I'm carrying on. I don't care. Like they do in France - they've got 'No Smoking' signs everywhere and nobody takes any notice. The trouble is that people here just do as they're told."
