Actress Liv Tyler is planning to undergo plastic surgery in an attempt to keep up with rival Hollywood leading ladies. The Armageddon star has previously blasted actresses who go under the knife as "creepy looking", adding, "I don't want to ever have cosmetic surgery. I hate that look where people's faces have just changed."

However the 29-year-old has had a change of heart and admits she is starting to feel the pressure of looking good as a job requirement. She says, "I'm definitely going to have (plastic surgery), I'm sure. Especially when you see what happens to your body after you have a baby. I have to make a living. I guess I could sell my house and go live a really simple life in a trailer somewhere."
