Directors including Martin Scorsese and Dennis Hopper are to feature in an upcoming documentary about legendary cinematographers Laszlo Kovacs and Vilmos Zsigmond.

The Hungarian directors of photography arrived in America as political refugees in 1956 and went on to shape Hollywood with movies including Easy Rider and Ghostbusters (Kovacs), and Deliverance, Close Encounters Of The Third Kind and The Deer Hunter (Zsigmond).

Also set to appear in filmmaker James Chressanthis' Laszlo & Vilmos: The Story Of Two Refugees Who Changed The Look Of American Cinema are director Mark Rydell and fellow cinematographers Owen Roizman and Haskell Wexler, reports Hollywood Reporter.
