After nationwide open auditions, Diddy selects 20 of the most talented young men from across the country to live together in a loft in Manhattan. The ultimate singing and dancing competition begins as these eager young men who hail from cities such as LA, NY, Detroit, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando and Charlotte try to impress one of the most successful men in the music business in hopes of becoming a part of the next hot all male-group. They'll have to learn to live and work together and make it through Diddy's unexpected tests to see who is worthy of being a part of the band.
