Anne Heche's Ex Is Granted Custody
Laffoon sought primary physical custody of Homer because he claimed his estranged wife had shown "bizarre and delusional behavior" and had "poor parenting skills". He cited her 2001 autobiography Call Me Crazy as evidence of her mental instability. He also filed for the couple to share joint legal custody of Homer.
