Michael Moore Loses Weight By Sleeping
He says, "There is one common denominator amongst overweight people ... we're not sleeping enough. I've just insisted that I get seven to eight hours sleep, and it's made all the difference. I got myself a trainer and started eating oatmeal in the morning."
But Moore insists he's not always seen as overweight: "Actually, when I go home to Michigan, I'm one of the skinny guys."
