The document reads, "Caravello was promised by Johnny Knoxville that he would be paid $10 million if he placed his penis in a mousetrap. He agreed to do so and, much to his emotional and physical harm, was severely injured when the trap literally went on his manhood. He had to seek medical assistance for injuries, pain and humiliation."
Caravello is also demanding payment from Kimmel for the 2003 TV comedy movie Windy City Heat that he appeared in and was promoting on the radio show.
