Johnny KnoxvilleJackass prankster Johnny Knoxville is facing legal action for allegedly convincing an actor to place his manhood in a mousetrap during a radio show. Perry Caravello says he endured painful injuries during the stunt last September and has yet to receive the $10 million Knoxville, talk show host Jimmy Kimmel and radio star Adam Corolla allegedly promised him for taking part.

He is also furious the prank was filmed without his permission and later posted on the internet, according to legal papers filed in Los Angeles alleging fraud and negligence.

The document reads, "Caravello was promised by Johnny Knoxville that he would be paid $10 million if he placed his penis in a mousetrap. He agreed to do so and, much to his emotional and physical harm, was severely injured when the trap literally went on his manhood. He had to seek medical assistance for injuries, pain and humiliation."

Caravello is also demanding payment from Kimmel for the 2003 TV comedy movie Windy City Heat that he appeared in and was promoting on the radio show.
