Filmmaker Kevin Costner is continuing on his one-man crusade to bring westerns back in fashion as he lines up another cowboy movie. Costner, who's 1990 western Dances With Wolves won seven Oscars, plans to direct the as-yet-untitled project, for which he has finished writing the script.

The 52-year-old, who last rode in the saddle in his 2003 movie Open Range, is currently touting the film around Hollywood studios.

He says, "It's just a good cowboy movie, about friendship and there's a code. It's written. But people aren't dying to make them so I'll just have to figure out how to make it. I'll have to mortgage something else!"
