Ricky Martin has reportedly bought an $8 million recording studio in Miami, just months after putting his home there up for sale. The Puerto Rican pop hunk recently revealed plans to invest in his own studio - but New York City was presumed to be his destination of choice, after he put his Miami Beach mansion up for sale in February and bought a $7 million condominium in Manhattan.

But Martin is reported to have chosen a prestigious Miami studio used by Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and Britney Spears.
