Pamela Anderson is heading to Cannes to attend the world premiere of her latest movie Blonde & Blonder - just one week after she declared she was snubbing the French festival to spend time with her kids.

Last week, Anderson dismissed rumors she was going to the Cannes Film Festival to promote the comedy - written by the star's brother Gerry Anderson - insisting she was holding her own premiere in bed with her sons Brandon, 10, and Dylan, nine.

But the 39-year-old has now changed her mind, and will make an appearance at the film's world premiere.

Writing on her official website, she says, "Now I am off to Cannes to support my brother's movie 'Blonde & Blonder.' Just for one day. It worked out."

"Blonde & Blonder" will open at Cannes on Friday.
