Actress Rebecca Romijn and her actor fiancé Jerry O'Connell strengthen their relationship by taking tandem bicycle rides together. The couple, who have been engaged since September 2005, find riding a two-seater bike with one another is the best way to build up trust.

Romijn says, "(It) is honestly great couples therapy. There's all sort of trust issues that are happening when you're the one in the back - you can't steer, you can't brake, and you can't see ahead of you. All you can do is pedal."

"It requires coordination, communication and compromise. The first couple of times he was doing dumb boy stuff - he was going off little jumps, and I was like, 'You know what? If you make this scary, I will not do these rides with you.'"
