Robert Weinman, President of Weinman Bros. Inc., announced today that his company, a manufacturer of diamond and gemstone jewelry, has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with star of stage and screen Lauren Bacall to create a fine jewelry collection that will bear her name.

The epitome of style and good taste, Bacall has had a long standing passion for fine jewelry. "I've always loved the thought of jewelry as art and there is nothing like the feeling of wearing something beautiful. This collection represents a great opportunity for every woman to own a piece of artistic fine jewelry at an affordable price," said Bacall.

"Every item in this collection is being created under Ms. Bacall's supervision and each design has been inspired by her talent, passion and creativity," Weinman explained. "We wanted to create a line of jewelry that was a reflection of her unique sense of style," he said.

The collection, named simply Bacall, will be available at select retailers beginning this fall. All items are being created in a variety of gems and price points.
