Chingy Rapper Chingy has returned to Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace record label - three years after he left the company for allegedly cheating him out of his earnings. The Right Thurr hit maker - real name Howard Bailey, Jr. - cut ties with the Atlanta-based imprint in 2004, claiming Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges and his manager Chaka Zulu were mismanaging Chingy's finances.

But the two parties have now resolved all issues and on new track Make That Money, the hip-hop star confirms he has signed back with his old crew. He rhymes, "Was gone for a minute, back with the crew /Who?/ DTP so if you on top, we came to move you."

Chingy's return comes hot on the heels of female MC Shawnna's amicable departure from the label early last week.
