G-Unit rapper Tony Yayo has appeared in court to deny attacking a teenage boy after objecting to a t-shirt the youngster was wearing. The hip-hop star, 29, is fighting the charges he slapped 14-year-old James Rosemond, son of Jimmy 'Henchman' Rosemond, head of rival music management company Czar Entertainment.
Yayo's lawyer Scott E. Leemon tells AllHipHop.com, "After a detailed investigation, I stand here to steadfastly and unequivocally state that Tony Yayo did not slap anyone.
"The allegations made against him are false and I am sure when the people finish their investigation they will have no alternative but to come to the same conclusion -Yayo is being falsely accused."
The case has been adjourned until July 24 while the defense compiles their case.
