Anna Nicole Smith’s companion Howard K. Stern has started his defamation war against those he claims libeled him publicly in the past year - and Virgie Arthur’s lawyer is his first target.

Stern's high-powered attorney L. Lin Wood filed a defamation lawsuit yesterday in Florida against John O'Quinn on behalf of his client.
