A TV pin-up is seeking a restraining order against Barbra Streisand's goddaughter, claiming she's scared of the singer. Laura Mary Shields, a regular on game show Deal or No Deal, claims Caleigh Peters has physically and verbally attacked her, and continues to terrorize her.

In legal papers obtained by TMZ.com, Shields claims she's in "emotional distress" after Peters approached her recently in a restaurant and threw water and a glass at her.

Shields is asking for a restraining order that will keep Peters at least 500 yards away from her
