'Serenity' Beats 'Star Wars' In Science Fiction Poll

SerenityStar Wars has been beaten to the top of a new list of the UK's favorite science fiction films, by cult movie Serenity. The 2005 film, which was created and directed by Joss Whedon and starred Nathan Fillion and Chiwetel Ejiofor, left George Lucas' all time classic in second place.

Blade Runner came third, Planet of the Apes fourth and The Matrix fifth, in the poll of readers of magazine SFX.
