Baseball nut Charlie Sheen proved he's still a major league player when he scored a home run at Los Angeles' Dodgers Stadium while filming a spoof of his 1989 sports movie Major League.

The actor, who played bespectacled Rick 'Wild Thing' Vaughn in the hit movie, suited up as an Indian again recently in a new TV commercial for communications firm DirecTV.

And, once the shoot was over, the actor took a little batting practice - and hammered one ball right out of the park.
